具体要求：

1、及时有效处理客户订单，追踪货品交期以确定准时出货；

2、协助业务保持和维护与现有客户的良好沟通，维持长久、良好的合作关系；

3、严谨及时处理客户投诉或退货的处理，并将结果反馈给主管或客户；

4、每月应收账款核对、开票与收款，异常及时上报上级主管；

5、整理及统计销售订单数据，定期制作相关报表及归档以供业务分析参考；

6、可承上启下，并执行主管临时交办事项。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，国际经济贸易，英语专业优先考虑；

2、1年及以上相关工作岗位经验；

3、有良好的客户服务意识及沟通协调能力；

4、有条理、思维活跃，富有良好的团队合作精神；

5、熟练操作office办公软件。
